1) Where is the Bathart showroom?
We’re at Unit 33, Mitchells Art & Craft Centre, Weeford Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 6NA.
There’s free on-site parking, so you can take your time browsing.
2) Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Either way, there’s no pressure. Browse at your own pace, and book a design consultation when you’re ready.
3) What do you offer beyond selling luxury bathroom products?
We’re a design-led service, not just a retailer. We start with a consultation, create bespoke plans, designs and specifications around your space and budget. We can coordinate the installation with experienced fitting professionals if required.
4) How does the process work from start to finish?
1) Consultation: we assess your space, talk through your tastes and agree a realistic budget.
2) Design: we create bespoke plans and visuals tailored to you.
3) Showroom visit: see and feel the materials and finishes in person.
4) Installation: if you want it, we coordinate the fitting from start to finish.
5) Do you visit my home?
Yes. Our process usually starts with a home consultation so we can see the space, take measurements and understand how you use your bathroom.
6) How much does a design consultation cost?
If you would like us to put together a full bespoke design, this is chargeable at £250.
This applies whether we visit your home, you supply measurements, or you have plans
and it is fully redeemable against your order if you go ahead with us.
7) Which brands do you stock?
We work with leading international names including Duravit, Keuco and Utopia, alongside many others. Ask about anything specific and we’ll tell you what we can source.
8) Can you install the bathroom as well?
Yes, if you’d like us to. We work with experienced fitting professionals who handle plumbing, electrical work, plastering, carpentry and final decoration, so you aren’t juggling trades yourself.
9) Can I use my own fitter?
Yes, we can just supply all the bathrooms products required.
10) How long does a luxury bathroom renovation take?
It depends on size and scope. A typical full renovation takes 2 to 3 weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline, including lead times on products.
11) How much does a luxury bathroom cost?
Every project is bespoke, so costs vary with size, products and finishes. Our projects typically start from around £12,000. We’ll agree a budget with you at the consultation, and you’ll get a clear quote before any work begins.
12) Do you only cover Sutton Coldfield?
No. We’re based in Sutton Coldfield and work throughout the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Lichfield, Solihull, Tamworth and the surrounding areas.
